What are your hours of operation?

Monday - Friday 9:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Central Standard Time)

How can I place an order?

Ordering via the website is available online, 24/7, using the secure checkout process.  

What forms of payment do you accept?

Currently we accept Amex, Pay, Google Pay, MasterCard, PayPal, Shopify Pay, and Visa. If you need assistance making a payment, please contact us during normal business hours.

What happens after I place an order?

You will receive confirmation and a receipt via e-mail.  If your order requires a consultation or further assistance, Toria or her assistant will contact you via email to complete the process. Be sure and check your spam folder.

What if I made a mistake or need to add to my order?

No worries. Please contact us during normal business hours and we will get you taken care of.  Outside of business hours, please leave a message.  We will still make it priority and respond within a timely manner.

I have medical insurance covering medical wigs/cranial prosthesis.  Do you accept insurance payments for your services?

Yes. However, we process payment for the full cost of services at the time of your order request. We provide our NPI and necessary documentation required for your insurance to reimburse you whatever percentage amount is covered under your policy.  All of this will be covered during your complimentary consultation.

What if I receive my custom wig/unit and it does not fit?

Following through and taking advantage of the complimentary consultation more often than not, eliminates this problem.  If you took advantage of this and your unit is still ill-fitting, do not trim the lace and please contact us within 7 days so that Toria can schedule a video call and get you taken care of.  She prides herself on maintaining a 100% success rate with exceptional customer service.

Is my personal information safe, when ordering?

Absolutely.  We use a platform with the latest and up-to-date encryption technology for all order processing.  Any data entered is encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol.

Do you provide in-person service?

Most certainly, although we are a web based company with a process of supplying custom wigs for hair loss clientele.  Over 95% of our clients, we never meet in person but if you are in the South Texas area and want to connect with Toria, please message us to get you taken care of.

Do you provide training on how to maintain and care for wigs and units?

Absolutely.  When you receive your order, it will include a A-Z Maintenance Instruction.  An Online Guide is in the works and there will also be short videos available for those who prefer to see demonstrations.
